民進黨曾允諾安置 收費員全代會外靜坐
民進黨今（19）日在桃園平鎮舉行全代會，黨主席蔡英文、黨內天王及縣市長都到場出席。場外卻出現國道收費員自救會，他們批評國民黨政府偏袒財團、打壓勞工，民進黨曾允諾執政縣市協助安置，如今卻跳票，要求蔡英文能出面承諾解決問題。
民進黨九合一大勝 卻未協助安置
國道收費員自救會與工運團體下午在桃園市立圖書館平鎮分館前靜坐，他們指出，國民黨政府視勞工權益為糞土，在去年九合一選舉已大敗。而民進黨取得13個縣市執政權之後，曾公開稱會全力協助解決爭議，但至今9個月，卻只有雲林縣政府安置1人，儼然跳票。

自救會表示，目前收費員爭議「工作權」及「年資」兩大訴求，明年極可能執政的民進黨應拿出解決方案，並非只開空頭支票。民進黨則指派立院黨團幹事長兼中常委蔡其昌與自救會接觸，承諾民進黨一定會繼續協助解決問題。
收費員自救會抗議?難得全場不見員警
收費員自救會近年數次上街、佔領官署或ETC門架，甚至到官員住所抗議，今天來到民進黨全代會外靜坐，地主則是綠營執政的縣市，難得全場不見任何一位員警，僅保護縣市長及蔡英文的隨扈人員。
民進黨：明年若執政 將秉持立場處理
民進黨稍後發表3點聲明：一、交通部及勞動部組成收費員專案小組，針對每位收費員一一妥善安置，必要時提供職訓，與遠東電收的勞資糾紛，應以最高誠意落實契約精神。 二、中央應協同各地方政府，合力來媒合或提供就業機會。 三、立院黨團一路走來都以具體行動協助收費員，向政院及遠通公司爭取安置與保障，黨團亦將持續關注、支持，明年若有機會執政，將秉持一貫立場處理相關問題。
