解決課綱爭議 毛揆籲訂教育中立法

課綱爭議引發社會紛擾，行政院長毛治國今天(6日)在院會中除了指示教育部，未來檢討課綱時，要尊重、採納並融入各界的看法，讓各個觀點能多元並陳，他也呼籲推動制定「教育中立法」，讓教育內容不受特定、單一的價值觀所左右，以確保教育環境的專業與單純。

課綱問題引發極大爭議，行政院長毛治國6日在院會中表示，大家應尊重並支持朝野協商的結果，也就是請教育部立即啟動課程審議委員會，檢討課綱，並秉持教育中立及程序正義的原則辦理，注意審議委員的專業性與公信力，也要廣徵各界的意見，以回應社會期待。

毛治國說，從這次的課綱爭議可學習到不同世代的不同觀點，教育是百年大計，也是國家社會發展的關鍵，在教育內容上若出現價值觀爭議，應根據求同存異的精神，多元並陳差異部分，讓學習者有多元選擇及判斷的機會，因此，他建議制定「教育中立法」，讓教育內容不受單一價值觀左右。行政院發言人孫立群轉述：『(原音)院長在院會中鄭重的建議，應該要規劃跟推動教育中立法的制定，透過法律的規範，讓教育的內容不受特定、單一的價值觀所左右，以確保教育環境的專業與單純，院長相信這是所有教育工作者所共同希望創造的一種教育場域與氛圍，也應該符合青年朋友的殷殷期盼。』

毛治國強調，對於這次課綱微調所引發的爭議，政府確實有許多地方要虛心檢討並改進，他也相信任何努力與奉獻都不會白費，若能藉這次機會落實教育中立，將會是年輕朋友做出的最重要貢獻。
