許志堅：都更案沒過 何來貪汙對價？

新北市前副市長許志堅，被控透過白手套周麗惠多次收受建商現金、名表、金條等逾500萬，幫助建商快速通過審議，涉嫌貪汙被收押。檢廉昨首度提訊許志堅，許全盤否認犯罪，強調被檢廉懷疑有問題的兩件都更案，迄今都未審議通過，「哪來貪汙對價關係？」許訊後還押。
許志堅昨日上午被帶往廉政署偵訊前，對媒體詢問不發一語。他在偵訊中對指控內容全盤否認，態度極為冷靜。許辯稱，他因為找周麗惠合作投資父親房產，因此認識周，兩人多年來資金來往頻繁。
許承認兒子、哥哥都在周女的公司上班，這是周女履行兩人「投資房產」的約定。兒子月薪4萬多元，周有幫他們報稅，錢並沒有流進他口袋。
許稱，他雖兼任都更審議委員會、都市計畫委員會主委，確有許多人請託他協助都更，但會議不是他一人說了算。樂揚、寶興的兩起都更案，迄今都沒有審議通過；「都更案都還沒有過關，那來的貪汙對價關係？」
對建商致贈的蕭邦男表、香奈兒女表，許說，確實是送他女兒的結婚禮物。另兩條5兩金條，則是他請周女代買原本要送女兒，但因妻子認為太炫富，才自己留下來。
不過，檢廉提示監控許的錄影畫面、監聽譯文，質疑周麗惠與許的女兒並無交情，怎會贈送數十萬的名表？懷疑絕非單純結婚餽贈。許稱請託周代買的金條，卻沒有付錢給周，疑點重重，預計下周提訊周麗惠深入追查。
